Our Client is currently seeking expressions of interest for a casual administration assistant. Located in Birtinya, they are a busy Professional Services Company that require an attention to detail team member to fill in for a short-term period. Typical duties include but are not limited to;
• Answering phones and liaising with Clients to best direct calls;
• Use of Xero software to raise and send invoices;
• Review and formatting of reports;
• Organising courier services for packages to be delivered;
• Supporting professional employees; and
• General housekeeping.
